APM is the property management arm of ARA and it provides property management services for various asset classes across different geographies in Asia Pacific. The team’s strengths lie in strategic marketing, retail and office leasing, as well as large-scale project management, development planning and mall repositioning.
Suntec Singapore
Suntec Singapore manages the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. It comprises a team of highly-driven and dedicated professionals with extensive local, regional and international experience in managing and hosting world-class events.
In all aspects of our operations, ARA seeks to incorporate successful sustainability practices and digitalisation initiatives.
Examples of major asset enhancement or portfolio repositioning initiatives the teams have led and executed include:
- The 211,000 sqm Suntec City in Singapore, which was revitalised into a vibrant and exciting office, MICE and shopping destination
- The 285,000 sqm Century Link in Shanghai, China, where the team took only 18 months to enhance, fit out and soft-open the mall
- The 77,000 sqm Southgate Complex in Melbourne, Australia, which achieved a 99% occupancy rate in the commercial towers immediately following a comprehensive refurbishment program and a renewed focus on customer experience
- A 797,900 sqm UK-wide multi-let industrial portfolio consisting of 154 properties and 1,200 tenants, which gained significant value over a three-year period through active property management
